How do I return goods?

If the goods you've ordered aren't suitable for your needs, we're happy to accept returned goods, provided they're in a re-sellable condition.

To return goods, you will first need to arrange delivery back to us with a courier of your choice. We work with Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, and Palletways for sending our orders as they offer great value and service, so they may be a good place to start.

Before you send the goods back to us, please get in touch with us as we'll need to send you a returns label to attach to the products so we can track where the return has come from. 

Once we receive the goods, providing they are in a re-sellable condition, we will be able to process your refund, minus the cost of delivery.
